Abstracts
The Argentine Soybean Chain Association (ACSOJA) invites researchers, teachers, technicians and professionals from the national and international academic community to present their work within the framework of the World Soybean Research Conference XII – 2027.
La convocatoria está dirigida a estudios científicos y desarrollos técnicos que aporten conocimiento e innovación en las distintas áreas vinculadas a la cadena global de valor de la soja.
Work tables
The works may be presented in one of the following five thematic areas:
1. Germplasm, genetics, genomics, improvement and biotechnology of soybeans
Research focused on the development of new materials, genomic tools, and biotechnological applications.
2. Agronomy and physiology
Studies on crop management, ecophysiology, and strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
3. Weeds, diseases and pests and their management in soybean crops
Advances in diagnosis, prevention and control of the main biotic factors that affect the crop.
4. Food, forage, nutritional and industrial uses
Developments related to the use of soybeans in human and animal food, as well as in industrial applications.
5. Commercial and legal aspects
Analyses related to trade, regulation, intellectual property, certification and regulatory frameworks.

Start of submission of works: July 2026.
Deadline for submission of works: November 16, 2026.

The presentation of scientific works constitutes one of the pillars of the WSRC, allowing the dissemination of original research, generating interdisciplinary exchanges and strengthening cooperation between specialists from different countries.
